The Messages on the Messiah

The Bible verses on Jesus’s pants are symbolic of what makes Jesus the man he is and the legacy that he left behind for the world. They are a few of many of the words that Jesus stood for and what his true believers still follow today.

John 3:16

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Matthew 6:38

“Wherefore, seek not the things of this world but seek ye first to build up the kingdom of God, and to establish his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.”

1 Peter 5:7

“Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.“

Psalm 56:8

“You have kept count of my tossings; put my tears in your bottle. Are they not in your book?”

James 1:5

“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”

Isaiah 41:10

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Romans 8:28

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Zephaniah 3:17

“The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you but will rejoice over you with singing.”

1 Corinthians 13:4

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.”

Exodus 34:6

“And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, “The LORD, the LORD, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.”

Jude 1:20

“But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit.”

Luke 6:32

“If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them.”

Ephesians 5:1

“Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children.”

1 Thessalonians 4:9

“Now about your love for one another we do not need to write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love each other.”
